Tomorrow I shall . . .

Perhaps all you ladies out there are wondering how I manage to get DIY Guy to go with me - year after year (for the past 17 years) to Gold Rush (antique show).

This is how.

and there is no effort on my behalf.

He goes with me to consume these
amazing homemade ice cream sandwiches.

Every year I tell myself I'm going to figure out how to make them.
I mean, think of the things I could bribe him to do if I had my own personal arsenal of these!

Tomorrow I shall begin my experiment ---  I have a secret recipe, that with some slight adjustments just might be the "ticket" to building my arsenal.

  2. I offered to trade a steel sunflower for 3 of them -- the guy selling them wouldn't take it -- but his wife (the brains behind the operation) was ready to 'deal' -- but it was too late.
