Serve it up with some rice and applesauce or fresh fruit and you have dinner! The bonus on this recipe is that you use the leftovers for a pasta dish the next night! See ya tomorrow for Pesto Chicken Pasta!

    Glad you enjoyed the recipe. I just found it before you came to St Louis, so I haven't made it yet, but look forward to it. I really liked the idea of the leftover recipe also. Looking forward to the recipe for the other dish you pictured too. Those pics look like ones out of magazines. Great photography!
